About Me

Welcome —Nigel Beckles

I am a Relationship Specialist, Certified Relationship Coach, and the author of ‘How to Avoid Making the Big Relationship Mistakes!’ I hold diplomas in Relationship Psychology and Dealing with Narcissism, and I spent many years helping people navigate the complex world of love, communication, and emotional wellbeing. During my childhood, I witnessed several incidents of Domestic Violence, which impacted me deeply. In the past, I have made some very poor relationship choices that caused me a great deal of pain, confusion, and frustration. My personal experiences, along with a keen interest in psychology, made me determined to discover why I clearly had a pattern of becoming involved in unfulfilling relationships. After several years of personal growth and in-depth research into psychology, my mission now is to help others recognize toxic dynamics, recover from emotional pain, and build healthy, fulfilling connections. Alongside my coaching work, I’m a workshop facilitator and contributor to the award-winning documentary Looking For Love. I also host the podcast Interesting Conversations with Interesting People, where I speak with authors, therapists, and life coaches about relationships, personal growth, and mental health, and I am a regular guest on radio shows and various online platforms, sharing insights on relationships, psychology, and personal growth.

Whether you are struggling after an unhealthy relationship, want to strengthen your current one, or simply wish to understand yourself better, I can provide guidance to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. Explore my podcast episodes, attend an upcoming event, or get in touch to learn how we can work together because every step taken toward understanding yourself has the real potential to bring you closer to the love and peace you truly deserve. You are invited to join me, Sonia Brown MBE, and a panel of expert speakers at the Breaking Free Domestic Abuse Webinar, which is happening on Tuesday, 18th November 2025, from 10am to 8pm GMT. This transformative one-day event will provide insights, strategies, and hope for anyone affected by domestic abuse or seeking to support others. Secure your free place at www.nbwn.org and be part of a powerful conversation about healing, awareness, and change.
